Such an incredible representative of SPG and then Bonvoy, you will be missed, William.
No problem to big, no issue too small.
I only requested service once, on an issue where I totally misinterpreted something and William looked into the issue and replied in a kind and gentle way, not at all suggesting I was in error, even though I was.

When I joined FT William was immediately of help with an issue.
Since then it was always reassuring that he would be there in case of problems...

William, you will be sorely missed. You set the bar for all of the other reps and it was a high one that no one else ever came close to reaching.
