Comments: i usually get upgraded to a thikana suite here but still tried to use my suite nights as i have a few that will end up expiring at the end of the year....the system wouldn't allow me to use the suite nights but i got upgraded anyway....also, when i was checking in, the check in agent thanked me for being a titanium....i corrected her saying that i'm an ambassador but she said her system shows me as a titanium....this is the second property that shows me as titanium rather than ambassador....i've pointed this out to my ambassador....

Comments: Gratefull for the suite upgrade. Unfortunately, the suite was on the 1st floor with one of the worst view ever. “Luckily” there was bad weather for all the 2 days…! Nice size suite (not huge…but we’re in Paris) but small bathroom with single sink. Water pressure/temperature in the shower disappointing. We had 3 main service issues (1-underwhelming check-in without mention of the status, of the welcome benefits, of the restaurant location/times,…, 2-terrible service at breakfast the 1st day and 3-no turndown service even if asked (and confirmed) by chat). Great attention before arrival from a wonderful guest relation officer. Overall: fine for the price I paid…but I would be really disappointed if I had paid the full price of my suite (+/- 2500 euro) for the 2 nights.

Wasn't expecting any upgrade after cancelling the first couple nights but was still upgraded on arrival, just not to a suite.
