Missing stay form; can only be filled out 10 business days after checkout:

https://www.marriott.com/rewards/myAccount/missingStayRequest.mi

The above link/form applies no matter if you logged on using www.marriott.com or www.spg.com => which then translates to https://www.marriott.com/default.mi?program=spg&reset=true

Question - Rules state that points will not be earned on "group or convention rates settled through a master bill". I had a recent stay using a group rate which was paid by me. Do I get credit for this stay?

Legacy Starwood hotel posted after 2 days but legacy Marriott has not 5 days post departure. Go figure!

Had a stay at a Marriott that started pre-Bonvoy and checked out after the Bonvoy launch and the stay posted about 2 days after checkout which has been the norm for my "Marriott" stays.

I'm now five days post-checkout at a legacy SPG and nothing has posted. The same property in the past has typically posted within 2-3 days.

They seem to have hired additional help to "deal with the high volume of inquiries". My latest "no stay" posting issue was correctly addressed within 24 hrs by a group in India.

Hi avja,

If you do not see points credited from a past stay and it has passed 10 days since you checked out, please submit a missing stay form.

Hi,
What about two rooms on two different booking codes but at the same time and same hotel (Four Points)? One stay is posted immediately the other one is not yet!
What I should do?

We would suggest to submit a missing stay form and the dedicate team will review the stay credit for you.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

My past two stays, ending on Feb 14 and Feb 15, have not posted. I had about 3-4 missing stays last year that I had to chase down. It looks like I'll be chasing these ones down too

If this was a program prior to Marriott Rewards, then it may not count. I have not traveled during Marriott Marquis program and cannot say for sure.

Actually, it should depend upon the terms of the new program. I would think credit for the old program would roll to the new program. What you may need to do is find an agent that will consider ways to get you the credit instead of taking the easy way out and just say no. Unfortunately this is the typical tactic since it means less work for them. That is why we have the term HUCA, put two agents on the same problem and you're likely to get two answers.
