Annual choice benefit
I had a past stay that would get me to Titanium but the Bonvoy team won’t review the missing stay request until 10 biz days have passed (only 10 calendar days have passed so far).
By then the 1/7 deadline for annual choice benefit selection will have passed. I don’t really care for the default 5 SNA choice - can Marriott change the choice for me after the fact?

Bonus points not showing
Hey guys,
I recently checked out from a Moxy hotel (it was my first time in a Moxy and I must say, I love the concept and design!) and the rate that I booked included a 3000 bonus points per stay. I am also signed up for the Marriott Global Promotion.
I checked my app and the base points was credited to my account as well as the points and elite nights associated with the Global Promotion. The only thing missing now is the 3000 bonus points.
How long will I have to wait? Are the points forfeited because I signed up for another promotion?

Mauna Kea has shorted me over 50,000 points on each of my last two stays, and based on reports in the property thread, this is a common occurrence.
The property denied any responsibility both times (as if this was just a coincidence). Marriott cs did fix it promptly, but I wonder how much Mauna Kea is saving on points purchases by shorting members and whether Marriott will ever do anything about it.

Kind of saw this coming given my poor experience with Marriott IT...
I had stayed four nights at RC CDMX recently, 2 nights on cash for first two night (stay 1), 2 nights on points for latter two nights (stay 2). Because front desk proactively linked the stays together, instead of formally checking me out after stay 1 and settling the bill, they pushed it to my second stay.
As a result the first stay did not track & post the elite qualifier nights thus missing out on the current global promo of double elite nights. The second stay has posted for 2 nights only.
I foresaw this coming so I asked for folios of both stays. The folio for first stay still has the rate and date of check in and check out, along with confirmation number. However the billables are empty. This was pushed to the folio of stay 2 with transaction date that came BEFORE the date the stay started.
I sent an email off Marriott Bonvoy Lurker Marriott Bonvoy Lurker II Marriott Bonvoy Lurker III , can you please look into this? I attached the folio for both stays as well.

The amounts of stays that have not posted correctly this year for myself and friends is pretty stunning.
These are stays for multiple nights and they post under activity with a description like "Feb 10, 2024 - Feb 10, 2024" 0 nights. When the stay was 5 nights or more.
Some one night stays are not even showing under any activity. Had to request missing stay credit for my first four stays in 2024.
What's changed for worst?
