The Dubai Beach EDITION has just been announced as the brand's second in the city, opening within the Dubai Harbour project in 2029 with 185 rooms and suites in the hotel as well as 165 branded residences in the same development.

Atix Hotel La Paz has joined the Design Hotels and appear on the Marriott Bonvoy website although it isn't bookable (yet).

The Summit Hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio, will be joining Marriott as Le Méridien Cincinnati.

Another (third) Four Points Flex in London, this time in Kensington. It's a rebrand from what is currently a Best Western, to open in November. It's very close to the existing Residence Inn Kensington.

The hotel is showing up in search results, but the property page results in an error when I click on it.

It’s been there for months but still isn't bookable. Not sure what’s taking so long.

Renovation and rebranding of a building that's currently a dual-branded hotel, The Crowne Plaza Atlanta Midtown / Staybridge Suites Atlanta Midtown

The building opened in 1972 as Stouffer's Atlanta Inn, then later became the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, the Atlanta Penta Hotel, the Atlanta Renaissance Hotel until 2010, the Meliá Atlanta Hotel until 2014. Then it was divided into two hotels. The upper six floors became a 102-room Staybridge Suites, while the rest of the hotel became a 360-room Crowne Plaza.

Updated the Wiki with the Moxy Zurich (Switzerland), set to open in January 2026.

It's a refurbishment of the ex H+ Hotel Zurich. Not the best location ever, but not far from the Crowne Plaza and the Letzigrund stadium.

The wiki is in great need of a cleanup I think, I don't think anything before 2025 is considered new anymore :-p

Some of us are indeed interested in hotels that have opened in or after 2020, as opposed to older (and potentially run-down) properties.

I have recently become a Significant Shareholder in 2 Marriott US Properties.

Although I am Lifetime Platinum, I understand I can apply to become Titanium.

Can anybody advise me the Procedure for applying?

Nobody at Marriott Call Center even knew what I was referring to.

A couple of new properties have shown up on the marriott.com website:

• A couple of years ago, the Postcard Inn in Islamorada on the Florida Keys was renovated and rebranded to the Tribute portfolio using the Three Waters Resort name. Now it's time for the remaining Postcard Inn St Pete to get the same treatment. It will open next year as The Luce Hotel St Pete Beach, also part of the Tribute Portfolio collection. • November 2025 will see the opening of Hotel Local Dubai in Jumeirah Village Triangle which is set to join the Autograph Collection brand. It is a conversion of this property, already operating under the same name.
  
• November 2025 will also see the opening of Vintage Grand Hotel Dubai in the Production City neighborhood which is set to be rebranded to the main Marriott brand using a yet to be unveiled name. It is a conversion of this property. The same building also features an Executive Apartments property opening at the same time.
  
• December 2025 will also see the rebranding of First Collection Marina Dubai and First Collection Waterfront Dubai, both joining the Tribute Portfolio brand, just like the sister property in Jumeirah Village Circle that already joined last year. More information on these properties over here. Their is now one remaining unbranded First Collection property in Business Bay which I guess could also join Tribute at a later stage.
  
• January 2026 will see the opening of The Canvas Hotel Dubai in Bur Dubai which is set to join the Autograph Collection brand. It is a conversion of The Canvas MGallery by Sofitel.
  
• Already open since a few days is the Jubilee Prestige Hotel Ratchadapisek in Bangkok. It will become a JW Marriott property following a significant renovation. It is a conversion of the Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada.
  
• Finally, it looks like the St Regis in Houston, TX will rebrand and become a Luxury Collection property soon. A new website is already up using the rather non-descript name of Houston Grand Hotel River Oaks.
  
  

This was communicated in a few different threads across FT, but InterContinental Singapore is officially joining Marriott under The Luxury Collection from January 1st, 2026.
