The Moxy is still active in the pipeline I believe.

Eliza Jane Hotel in New Orleans is apparently switching from Hyatts Unbound Collection to the Autograph Collection brand.

My experience here with Hyatt was one of the worst hotel stays I've had...ever. An absolutely terrible staff attitude and an "upgrade" to a prison cell of an interior suite. I would strongly NOT RECOMMEND this property to anyone.

Possibly the most despised Hyatt in the entire program.

St Regis Kapalua Bay on Maui announced. Marriott to take over operations of The Resort at Kapalua Bay (which looks like it was the Montage) immediately and then renovate to become a St Regis in 2027. Prices look ridiculous…

Yep, it was formerly the Montage, and The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, Kapalua Bay before that. It opened in 2009 on the site of the demolished Kapalua Bay Hotel, which was a Luxury Collection property for a while in the late 90s/early 00s.
