Great, thanks. I am all for relaxation, wondering for my wife though.

I can't find on their website the full list of activities - anybody have that.

And the menu for the restaurant?

1 month, which is a little off putting.

Which is a better time to visit - 2nd week of December or 2nd week of January? Wondering from cold perspective, getting good time in the pool and those morning activities.

We went right in the middle of those; right over new year. It was plenty warm and comfortable

Weather wise January may be a touch cooler with more rainfall. Late Nov / Early Dec is my favourite time of year to visit the UAE.

Being in the dessert, the days may feel a little warmer and the nights will feel cooler.

Points redemption, BYOB and flies?

Hi, we are looking at staying in early May and wanted to know if anyone had stayed around this time and if the flies were alright then? Have heard they can been quite bad.

Are you able to bring beer/wine to enjoy in the room or must all drinks be purchased at the resort?

Can anyone confirm that points redemption rates include meals and desert activities?

Thank you!

No problem bringing your own beer and wine. You get all the meals and activities when using points.

Anybody know of the best suite numbers to request if you want a nice unobstructed view of the dessert where the camels typically walk through?

Worth the switch?

I currently have 5 nights at 400K points, King Bed. Notice that for my dates, there is now 5 nights at 340K for two twins. Worth it to save the points and just have them push two twins together, or should I keep my King?

TIA.

Totally your call there. I will say that the king bed is a mighty fine bed. Not sure it's worth 60K points, but it's awfully comfortable.

Booked for Jan 5-10th now, no King Bed availability on points for December. Hoping for good weather and a good Villa location.

I second this ... in fact it's probably the nicest bed I've ever slept in ... and I think it might even be an Emperor.. - 8ft?!
