I called them few days ago and they said no benefits, i.e. no brekkie, no lounge.
* Orlando / Marriott World Center Resort / NO LOUNGE - resort; 09/20/13 update
Same thing, free internet, that is it. No free parking either
It is fairly recent decision to stop with offering brekkie to Plats. I did get an upgrade to a suite with golf course view in North tower.
I called them few days ago and they said no benefits, i.e. no brekkie, no lounge.

Dallas / Addison Marriott Quorum by the Galleria. Plat checked in tonight 9/20/13 and was offered a choice of breakfast tickets or points because lounge was closed for the weekend. Not sure if this was only for Plats. Also wonder if it was not the usual, because it came after collecting a Benjamin for failure to offer choice of amenities at check in, though I don't know why that would be an issue.

PAW is new standard $10, FD clerk expressed her surprise I took it, remarking "its ridiculous you have to spend money to use it"
Elite breakfast in restaurant limited to cold item only. $5 up-charge for full. breakfast. Worth it though, great spread.
Didn't use the PAW towards it as it clearly states ion it that no change or credit will be returned...

Works for me as I checked out at 5:00.

Lounge open on the weekends. The front desk agent said it is a new company wide policy that all Marriott's have their lounge open on the weekend.
Choices were rather spartan. The only hot option was oatmeal. Muffins, croissants, bread, bagels and a few cereal choices. Small bowls of pre-cut and pre-portioned fruit.
Drink option include coffee, several types of juice, water, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi and Sierra Mist.
Would take breakfast in the restaurant any day over this.
