OK, so the getbuyrewards whatsapp group just allows mods to post.. TBH not a fan of one way communication,should be like TDB or BFMR where members can post... Can anyone speak to experiences with this group?

For TDB, they informed me an item need be returned 28 days ago. The UPS pickup didn't work although they said it worked. Now they say "As a cost of you all doing business with us, we will begin to accept goods that arrive damaged from a retailer (since this is not the buyer’s fault)."
But the ticket has been idle there for 2 weeks, and the reply is always something like "the return department will provide an update here", but the return department never replies. I am wondering how everyone's experience is on the "damaged" items at TDB? |
