In light of recent significant issues with EMB and BFMR (documented in numerous posts on this thread over the last couple months), maybe someone should update the wiki at the top of this thread? I'm personally feeling very skittish about purchasing for either at the moment.

The best way to do Dell is ship to home and request a shipping label from PM. With the right AmEx offers and/or shopping portal you'll still come out ahead regardless of taxes. Without those AmEx Offers and/or a really good portal rate, Dell (like most retailers that aren't Amazon) generally isn't worth trying.

The only buying group I'm aware of that regularly offers shipping labels for Dell deals is PointsMaker.

Always risks associated with using Amazon GCs in this game. Got this on P2s account today. Thankfully they didnt actually drain the $1000 GC balance but they did cancel the 3 watch order. Been using buying groups for 3 years. Moderate volume. Safe to say P2s account is off limits to me now.

EMB has been sending me echecks the same day. Yesterday then sent me two checks within an hour. My issue with my last delivery was resolved, but it did take a week for them to get back to me on Whats App. I don't feel they have any other risks than the others, but the less people that send to them the better for me...

It’s normal. Amz will only let you buy so many devices and then blocks them for unknown amount of time.

my check finally made it , hey sea3pea to be fair can you delete my quote from your reply, I would still be careful with EMB as I am still missing >$1000 order and all I got from EMB ( we didn’t get it)

Curious what the order was that resulted in this email... I'm guessing that by "3 watch order" it was an Apple Watch Prime-exclusive deal?

Prime-exclusive deals and Amazon devices make me nervous. Maybe a false sense of security but I've been trying to stay away from those in hopes of avoiding a ban.

Anyone else experience slower checkins for PM since Prime day. In my experience, they were able to do same day in most cases pre-prime day for a good few months

Yes. That's to be expected. They were days or even weeks behind in scanning during last year's holiday season from November through January. That said, I had an Amazon order delivered yesterday and it was scanned in and ready for me to request payment today.
