Anyone having problem where your coupons all disappeared in the account even though it's clipped and unused?
Edit: I think it's showing up again. Probably just a glitch

No points on baseballs today. I saw the post about nothing from the balloons, which was fine with me because the balloons on the shelf had all been tampered with (and pretty badly done).

In the past, I've had coupons disappear days before the promo ended even when loaded to my account. My advice is to use the coupons quickly and not wait until the end of the promo period.

Promo for variable VGCs ended the 31st of March, that’s why your gas points aren’t showing up...

how do we redeem the reward pts at the register? Do we tell the cashier which particular reward (like $5 or $10 off) to use? Thx

I think the system will know which will to take off. For example if you have both a $5 and $10 coupon, you buy $8 worth of groceries, it'll automatically take off the $5 reward. If you were to buy $12 worth of groceries, then it'll take off the $10. If you buy $16 worth of groceries, then it'll take off both the $5 and $10 reward.

Sad day. After 2 years without an issue, had to deal with 2 tampered VGCs at Safeway today. Was able to change the pin on 1 of them in time when I noticed it didnt have any glue. Other card was drained in a Food City before I could cancel. Have to go through the claim process now. Phoenix area.

So the way to really milk earning points on variable VGCs was to stack the $X off your $X purchase offers, and get cash back when you did not spend enough.
The following offers are available each month:
$10 off $10 - 7 rewards
$7 off $7 - 5 rewards
$5 off $5 - 4 rewards
$4 off $4 - 3 rewards
$2 off $2 - 2 rewards
$1 off $1 - 1 rewards
The total comes out to $29, and you need 22 rewards to redeem them all.
The second part comes into play with the department specific offers:
$7 off a $7 in the meat department - 4 rewards
$3 off $3 in the produce department - 2 rewards
To add all these offers you needed a total of 28 rewards.
So what you do is go to the meat department, dig through the meat packages and find one that was as close to $7 as possible, but not below, then go to the produce department and try to get as close to $3 worth of produce, but not below. By doing this, you trigger the $7 off $7 meat offer, and the $3 off $3 produce offer for a total of $10 off. Because the items in the purchase were over $10, it also triggered all of the $X off $X offers, for a total of $29 off. The total value of the money back offers is $39.
The transaction would have $10 worth of items, but $39 worth of credits. So you could get a maximum refund of $29 if you bought exactly $7 of meat and exactly $3 of produce.
The following offers are available each month:

$5 off $5 - 4 rewards
$4 off $4 - 3 rewards
$2 off $2 - 2 rewards

Is anyone noticing that the offers don't disappear from your account after use? Are we sure these coupons are one time use?
If they don't disappear, I can't reload them even though I have enough rewards.
