Umm, what do you mean? You can do more than 1 CVS per day?

Info has to be manually inserted. I gave my work address.

That's probably what makes it work, different address. I also tried this and it caught the 24hr limit from my DL use earlier that day. Tomorrow will try your suggestion.

I thought Lowes might work, but they only sell 200's so that cuts the profit and you end up with more cards to liquidate. They are also stricter at Lowes so not sure it will work or be worth the trouble.

Buy 2 500 5b for 3.95 each with 2% cc, buy DE 5 200's for 4.95 each + .70 MO at WM=33.35 in fees

Get 25 back and 20 on cc= 12 profit

Did I get that right? Do the other stores sell 500s? I don't have Staples near me.

Does GCM still sell 500s at like 10am everyday and then they sell out fast? That is what I heard.

I don't recall Staples selling $500 denominations, although they may have once. Sears sells $200 or less. Kmart sells MOs, and my buddy was able to get 5% for MO debit transactions. I can imagine if a lot of people exploit that angle Kmart is next to drop out.

Wish someone could post that memo that confirms the 20th.
I asked my Simon rep this morning to re-read her email because I wanted to know if the 20th was the last day of 5back. She came back from office and said it ended "after the 20th". Didn't let me see it though.

DP: Got the 25 bonus from 1/11 posted 1/12 (CVS). Might actually run until the 20th, I'm getting a replacement for a card with a busted strip in the mail hopefully before then.

How many MOs can you get at Kmart in a day?

300 is the max at Staples but you are also paying a 3% fee. Plus then there is an added administrative hassle with having an extra 191.05 card after the purchase. These things are enough of a headache that I really wouldn't want to be driving around trying to purchase 200s doing split payments. I can imagine the looks and questions...

I think you missed the second $25 back because you calculated the purchase of 2 500?

Providing the exit time line was not very smart on CVS part. That means, MS world is going nuts. If CVS is keeping an eye on daily Cash backs, they may decide to pull it off effective immediately any day.

If the above legally throws little spanner in their way, CVS can always change to "cash only" any minute, all they have to do is send a memo to all stores.

Based on conversations with my local CVS employees, CVS management is very much aware of the "points/miles crowd" and their affinity for purchasing GCs (in a good way!). It is probably very profitable for them.

As such I doubt they will implement a universal 'cash only' policy as a result of this promotion. With a finite end-point on the horizon, I think its more likely they issue a reminder to all staff re: 'no GC purchases with GCs' in the interim.
