I got the approved and cancelled message today at my store. I'll try again with a different vgc this afternoon. Loaded a $500 no problem yesterday morning at the same store. Today was a new cashier, could they be doing something wrong?

Just got that too. I read a couple other people having the same issue this morning. At least I know it's not just my card.

The cashier only triggers the load type screen and inputs the dollar amount.
Customer does the rest. Might be a bad Debit or a system error. Post above me suggests system error.

200 Metas worked for me 2 nights ago. $500 VGC didn't work yesterday anywhere. I'll have to try again tonight. Shouldn't be a hard code because it also didn't work at WalMart... It's not like they removed the option from the pin pad.
If anything, I'll also try a cash load to see if it's a loading problem or a debit problem. Can someone test this if they get to RA before me?

Just able to load with a SMGC at RA in the Big Apple. Cashier tried to tell me that they changed their policy to "cash only" a few weeks ago, but thankfully a co-worker walked by and told her that debit cards will work. After the

I just came back from RA(1/21, 10:30a), and asked to load my prepaid serve. Even before doing anything, the manager said that they got a company email from Amex saying that ALL Amex prepaid loads are not being accepted due to a system issue. The email did not have any other info.
Unless someone can confirm an actual reload working since today(1/21), I'm gonna have to believe what this mgr said.
