Barclays has my APT on the 1st line. I update Buxx with Apt XX on the first line and street address on the second and same zip+4. It works fine now. (I did get fraud notice 2x in the beggining and once this month, other than that I can do as many loads as buxx lets me)

Does name on the CC also have to match the name of the Parent account?

Citi DC with NW Buxx
Any recent data about getting the full 2% on the Citi DC with NW Buxx? I just got my teen cards and am itching to start loading, but don't have anything better than Citi DC.
I used that card for the initial 2x$20 load and it did post as purchase eventually.

I got my new teen card for NW last week, and I did notice that in the fee schedule, there is mention of a $1.00 fee for domestic ATM withdrawals. The pamphlet does not make a distinction between Allpoint/Nationwide ATMs and other Visa/Plus ATMs. On the website's terms and conditions, though, it still very clearly says that Allpoint and/or Nationwide ATMs are not charged a fee while other ones are.
Considering that the website terms and conditions are the one that most of us agreed to, it would seem that that's the one that we should be bound to. Further, it's also possible (from a legal perspective) to argue that the website's terms and conditions serve as a clarification of the paper ones such that they are not incompatible (where the website specifies which ATMs are charged a fee while the pamphlet merely makes a broad claim). All of that together does suggest that Nationwide charging their "program" fee is illegal.
I got very mixed responses during the five calls I made to get it reversed. The fifth one finally reversed it for me, but during three of the other calls, the agents said all ATM domestic withdrawals would be charged the fee. During the fourth, the agent told me that only ATMs that are both Nationwide and Allpoint wouldn't be charged a fee. And yes, I was brief and courteous to all the agents.

I just got my teen card. I guess any ATM withdrawal is going to be automatically hit with the $1.00 fee. I think I will just pay it into redbird.

Why does not allowing amex cards need to be in the wiki? Its not like the buxx cards give u an option to add amex cards anyways and that u can accidentally enter it.
