I took a picture of the barcode but cannot figure out how to post a picture from my iPad. If someone can share instructions I'd be happy to post image.

Does your OM have $500s? If so, this promo would certainly work since it's simply means buy at least 300 in GC (MC or Visa) and get $20 off.
To those in Ohio asking if others are now requiring forms to be filled out for $300 or more... yes, that is happening at many locations in Ohio due to some idiot criminals who attempting buying GCs with stolen cc this past weekend. I understand they were caught, which is great. Idiots like that make things more difficult for legit customers. Not only are some stores requiring forms to be filled out (they keep them on file in case they are needed later) but also they call in to Chase for authorization for any gc purchase 300 or more. I hate that because they end up placing a temp hold amount in addition to the purchase and that temp hold can stay on your acct for about a week which eats into your cl. Chase has told me in the past that I can call the merchant to get them to remove it earlier, but OM reps never seem to know what to do. I've even tried asking the cashier who calls to then call back to get it removed once the purchase went through, but they won't or don't know what to do (some even claim that it doesn't place a temp auth. and temporarily take away some from your cl, but that's not true in my limited experience.

$20 off $300 purchase, as I only purchased 2 X $200 Visa cards. I am anxious to return and see if purchasing three of them will give the $40 off as the poster above received.

was able to get 40x2 off by buying 1200.
wasn't until the a$$hole cashier decided to do the math and takeover and shut me down.

I have exactly the same code number on my receipt (this must be the barcode number) but above it says:

Just got the last 6 at my local OM. One scan of the barcode, took $80 off. They did have to phone in the authorization, as they always do for transactions over $300.

I've made a couple purchases at OM the last few days, all over $300 and they didn't have to phone anything in. I guess I lucked out.

My OM got cleared out, does any other store have GCs I can take from and buy/activate at OM?

Right, at OD $500 variable vanillas are cash only. $200 vanillas take CC and the discount code is entered manually.

No luck at the Office Max stores near me in Oregon. I specifically questioned the managers about unadvertised special that is available across most of the nation. And both locations are Office Max, not Office Depot. Has anyone had luck anywhere in the northwest?

Spent about 20 minutes in my OM tonight. They lost the barcode to scan and had to verify the promotion. In the end they only let me use the $20 offer twice.

Yes, I had good luck in the Olympia WA area on both Monday and Tuesday.
On Monday, they had the signage, but no barcode.
On Tuesday, they had the barcodes, but the signage was gone.
On both days, I was able to do multiple transactions, for a total of $2400.
