Good question. Not sure, when I try going through the offer, it tells me to ask the cashier to enter a code.

This seems unnecessarily confusing. T&C don't mention that you need to go through the offer.

IME so far with these offers, I have never had to "add" the offer to get the credit. I can't say that this is the case with this deal, but previously I have never had to add the offer to my card in the app.

Edit: I also went in and clicked on the $1 back with serve offer and it also says to give the cashier some "code". I have never done this and always get my $1 cash back.

Agreed- I still got $1 back on Serve purchases through Isis without ever having gone through that offer. I would expect that it's the same with this deal.

Used in "stand alone" mcdonalds all over NYC. Works fine.

Works in toys r us also, except for 2 occasions for me. (2 out of 15)

When it did not work in toys r us after tapping it basically looked like it
went through but did not. The phone shows the <done> button.
Cashier shrugged. I even rebooted the phone and tried again.

I bought the "at&t" casewrap case for my iphone 5s (on t-mobile), but it doesn't seem to be activating. Do I need the enhanced sim card? Is that the issue? Or will it not work.. At&t rep confirmed the case is compatible with t-mobile as well..
