For the monthly $50 promo, is it finally dead this time? Says expiring Dec 31, 2014 in the lastest e-mail.
And any idea if a purchase made on say Dec 21, 2014 but posted Jan 1, 2015 would count towards the $10 Amazon.com gift card promo? Or would it be outside the promo period?
