WM Charges 4.95 to reload at kiosk

Loaded to 2x 500 vgc at Kate today at WM and one vgc two weeks ago. Was charged a fee on each load. I called in and they were able to reverse it since I was not aware. They needed a supervisor to approve it though. Rep said WM will continue to charge serve accounts.

I think ur wrong about this and it will get fixed. To make this change to charge folks while amex is pushing hard for Serve in commercials would not be smart. Amex would gladly eat up a small fee if it meant that it would keep loads free.

Someone reported earlier that cash loads also got 3.95 fee charged. It looks like method of payment is irreverent as long as transaction is done at WM. I don't know if this is limited to WM locations only but I haven't seen any reports from other places.

No problem with Go Bank loads all week. 15 swipes at multiple WalMart with zero charges.
