WM Charges 4.95 to reload at kiosk
I just got back from WM and was reloading my serve card using the kiosk. I was reloading with 2 $500 simmon's GC and when I look at my balance only 496.05 was added to the balance. It seems like I was charged 4.95 for every time I loaded. I first used the walmart moneycard option and then I tried the bluebird option and both still charged me 4.95 per load. Am i doing something wrong?

Dang. We need some datapoints on this. I was there yesterday. $500 to Serve at the Kiosk. No problem.

Kiosk, Moneycard, Serve. $500 with OV.

Just a thought. Are you sure you had $500 in the GC?

I just loaded my Serve an hour ago at the kiosk and the full $500 posted. I used OV.

Yeah I just got the gift cards from the mall 15 minutes prior and I even called and check the balance before I did the kiosk. The balance was 500 and only debited 496.05 into my account.

That's odd, why am I getting charged for reloading my card. I will try another walmart tomorrow.

aren't they charging you 3.95, not 4.95 according to your numbers?

Yeah, sorry. Just eyeballing it. Frustrated that I got charged.

I just loaded a coupla OVs within the hour. Kate said "No Charge".

Not to mention, if you were being charged a fee, it should have been broken down and listed on your receipt.

I just got charged 3.95 for loading my serve at wm kiosk as well so I switched to my bluebird to load my second card and I was not charged.

I posted pictures you can look and see for yourself. On the receipt it said the balance loaded was 500 debited and there was no fee being deducted but I went into my serve account and it shows that only 496.05 was added to my account. So tell me where the 3.95 go? The moment I swiped my card it deducted 3.95 from my beginning balance.

Loaded two times @$500 this afternoon with no fee. Used BB option on Kate. Philly area.

So my serve had a $0 balance before i loaded. on the receipt it shows beginning balance as a -$3.95 then a debit load of $500 and an end balance of $496.05.
