When calling to get the fee credited, how long did it take to post to your account. I was told about an hour ago by CSR that she was crediting the account (even told me the new account balance), but it still isn't showing up when I log in. TIA

That's what I was afraid of. Yeah, I logged out and back in. Looks like I'll be calling again tomorrow

Get into Serve account, call Serve to get credit, immediately check good faith credit (log out/in), and hang up.

Loaded at counter at East Bay, CA. A $3.95 fee was deducted. Will call AMEX today.

No fee in OH yesterday, called and got credit from the other day. Rep had no problems issuing it due to the "system failure"

Wonder if there is going to be a new way of loading that costs 3.95.

Just got off the phone with AMEX. Fee refunded. CSR said that AMEX is aware of the problem but not sure why WM charges a fee. He suggests for the time being that I load using other options.

Called up serve, took less than 2 minutes and the money was back in my account ^ looks like its fixed now though. Waited to see if they would credit when it got fixed, but apparently not.
