I tracked my transactions closely and did NOT experience that. On three separate trades I had them all go through around the same time, I believe around 10:30AM Eastern, although I'd have to check. I was able to figure out the time by looking at the price paid and the graphs on bigcharts.com. Yahoo Finance is alright but not nearly as accurate as bigcharts. I'd use them and compare to your final trades to see if it was ACTUALLY higher than the day's high or if there are some outlier trades on those same days. It happens sometimes, even when using a legit brokerage account.

Definitely!

The most obvious was GOOG, I placed an order on 05/15. On 05/19. received an email that it was bought at $537.19, which is higher than the highest on 05/15, 05/16 and 05/19.

According to barchart.com

I wanted to see what's going on so I placed another order on 05/19. And I received an email today that it's bought at $554.99, again it's higher than the highest on 05/19-05/22.

There are multiple classes of shares for Google, and the one available on Loyal3 has the ticker GOOGL.

Problem changing payment from bank to CC

Anyone here still using this for $50 CC orders? I'm trying, but it's defaulting to bank account rather than credit card. I'm going through the process of changing payment from bank to credit/ debit, but the change isn't "sticking" and it keeps reverting back to bank account. Suggestions anyone? Anyone else seeing/ experiencing this?

It will default to the bank account, there's no way of making that change in a preference or anything like that.

Yes I still put in 50 per trade occasionally. The day that I do this I put 6x50 or 10x50, usually split between 2 or 3 different stocks.

However on one day, after I put in all my 10 trades using my Southwest Premier card, it triggered chase fraud alert. Should have been okay if it is just 500x1.

Ayase,

Were you able to put in multiple $50 one-time purchases for the same stock? With the changes, my new plan would be to put in a couple $50 purchases a day as to not raise any flags. A pita from how easy it was in the past but still an easy way to MS a couple hundred a day.

No problem doing multiple 50 for same stock, just wait a bit in between.

But I'm also unable to delete the bank account. So, effectively, I'm unable to buy other than via bank account since when I change to debit/credit, it won't "take" the change

Any reason why no one has tried an Amex? I'll be glad to be the first, just asking...

Does someone know how they handle dividend payments? Especially if the dividend will be in another stock they do not carry? With the fractional stock ownership, how will they handle this, it is unclear to me:
Discovery Communications, Inc. DISCA -0.98% DISCB -2.96% DISCK -0.96% (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special dividend of shares of the Company's Series C common stock payable to holders of record of the Company's Series A common stock, Series B common stock and Series C common stock as of the close of business on July 28, 2014, which is the record date for the dividend. As a result of the dividend, each holder of a share of the Company's Series A common stock, Series B common stock or Series C common stock will receive one additional share of the Company's Series C common stock on or about August 6, 2014, which is the distribution date for the dividend. The dividend is primarily intended to provide greater liquidity for holders of Discovery Communications' Class C common stock, given the float has decreased substantially since the inception of the Company's share repurchase plan in 2010.

Dividend payments go in to your "money market" account and will be used on your next purchase unless you transfer the money to your checking account.

I assume the special dividend you talk about will be handled just like the time warner spin off of time magazine. I will receive fractional shares of TIME but won't be able to buy more. They will just sit in my account

IPO Loophole?

Received this email this morning;

Enrollment in the GoPro IPO on the LOYAL3 platform is now open.

Looking back at the email about the updated Credit Card policies;

There are no policy changes for IPOs at this time.

I decided to walk-through the IPO process and it looks like the only limit for CC purchases is $10k.

Anyone going to do this? It is risky, as it's an IPO, but will be a lot quicker hit the Min Spend a lot quicker than $50 per stock each time.

Also, thoughts on this triggering a fraud alert? I have been putting through multiple (~5-8) $50 Loyal3 charges a day, would a 3-5k charge flip the fraud switch?

Im sure we all got the same email.

Its a super risky proposition because if it tanks, it could be a big loss. Im inclined to think this is less risky than a .COM scenario however, since there is tangible products and sales.

Im deciding if I want to pull the trigger myself.
