Read the wiki carefully before posting. Wiki may be out of date.
800-950-5114. Non-US agents are, as of at least August 15, 2015, able to do debit card payments. If they resist, ask for a US agent.
Please do not report that debit payments do not work over the phone, they do! Hang up and call again (HUCA) until you get someone capable.
The same thing can be done in a Citi branch, but you do not swipe the debit card or enter any PIN, so it seems likely that the same cards do/don't work in branch as over the phone.
The name on the debit card must match the name on the account. You can be an authorized card holder (they'll ask the name of the primary). You can also pay off Citi Business credit cards (only attempted as primary cardholder). Limit of one payment per debit card per account per day.

I will save you guys the trouble In my silent testing/ rationalizing it seems most cards designated as "corporate" or "incentive cards " work with this... While , something designated as card issued as "gift cards" don't work Also , yes Gift card granny E master work , but idk if those of us in this space are tagged in some way or something , but when someone mentioned up thread that gift card granny worked , I went after it, it worked for a few months following all published limits etc, but was banned within like three months So be careful So the short version is , if someone can legitimately create or has access to a corporate account and can buy Visa or Mastercard cards that should work and would be helpful FYI Ive wasted months trying to create a corporate account , but no luck /too much headache
Lately , i have stumbled across some portal https://www.xoxoday.com/ Which they say they work with US clients , however the way they send sms code for phone number, is not recognized by US cell phone providers for whatever reason , I used a foreign phone number / sim card in roaming and it worked Turns out this company is based in India somewhere.. Very unprofessional / unresponsive customer service Which , that time I gave them a legit EIN that i have for a legitimate business interest of mine ..... praying they are not scammers
Ok great, we are all caught up
But yes , if anyone has experience or knows, it would be great to know if xoxoday is at least semi legit; or should I be concerned about having opened myself up to possible ID theft based on an EIN and other info ? Just really unsure ...........

P&G Rebate MasterCard issued by Sunrise Banks N.A. and administered by Northlane did not work. Not too surprised since the Sunrise Visa is also in the wiki and known not to work.
Northlane call center agent said cash advance and cash-like transactions are disabled on this particular card.

Too many variables to answer your second question. You'll have to do some personal reconnaissance.

What is the problem here?
