Could someone please add 'Chase Starbucks Prepaid' to the list of cards that do not work to pay Citi in the wiki? I don't have enough FT posting activity to edit it myself.

I tried paying Citi CC bill last week and the payment type wasn't supported, so technically the transaction was declined by Chase, but only due to Citi's payment requirements.
