Just a heads up to everyone. I was trying to do a transaction of more than $1200 & my card got declined. Had to call & verify. Not a big deal though, just a heads up.

Two of the stores near me were strict in enforcing the 2 max limit. There was one store that didn't bother with how many I am getting.

If my limit on the ink card is exhausted, what's the next best card to use on this? CSP?

They usually ask for ID..esp when you buy a GC.

Depends on what cards you have and whether you're going for UR points or some thing else? Either way, you're making money off this (even at 1x) and getting miles in return.

OM deal in Madison, WI too

Thanks for the info! I'm still new at this. Have been lurking to learn the lingo and pick up tips. The MC gc deal is in the Madison, WI circular today. Will head out to OM and see if I can buy with cc. Have BB, but have only loaded online from VRs. WM will be a new experience for me. I read the helpful post on how to get MC to work at WM. Wish me luck!
I hope to contribute to FT as I learn more.

Also got $40 off 3x $200. Might have to hit the stores everyday or every other day.

Thanks for the clarification.

Oh, and thanks for telling me whether I am in the right or wrong forum, I am sure I needed this advice

Data Point: OM was sold out of $200 GCs, so I bought 6x $100 instead. Cashier was having trouble adding the discount twice to the same order so I broke it into 2 orders of $300 each. 2x $297.85 on my Chase Ink. I did not bother try to push and go for more than the 2 limit. Cashier did not ask for ID.

Stupid Walmart MoneyCenter machine was out of order again, but that's another story.
