Nope. Just tried them for a retailer bill. You need to do them separately. I still don't get their business model so if I personally am a bit wary. That said, my first payment went through just fine.

Edit: I did have one fail, got an error message, and now have a $200 pending on a $200 card. but that's cool, I am sure it will come off in due course. Not sure exactly the time gap you have to leave between payments or how many you can do the same payee per day but I have done 5 in one day to the same payee so far
