What payment methods can I use to pay my bills?

You can pay your online bills using a checking or money-market account, or major credit cards where accepted by the biller.

Itd be nice if someone with actual experience would chime in. It appears debit is not available. I highly doubt CC payments can be made with anything other than checking.

CC payments are not accepted for Amex on mycheckfree.

www.mycheckfree.com

Sorry, it is what I current use for electric and water, it is a checking account deduction. My Gas company will deduct from my checking account for free.

Evolve Money lists my Gas Company and Electric company but not water.

Exactly which is what I run into with my utility companies. I haven't found a MS use for that site.

ah i get it... ok nothing to see here... unless someone goes through one by one each cc option to see if one has a back door, but i doubt it

On FT, when I see "nothing to see here" or "move along," I consider that to be code for "this is a killer deal."

In this case, I'm pretty sure, there's no good use. Granted, I last really investigated this site a few years ago, but it sure doesn't look like anything has changed.

I literally just tried, again, to switching my utilites to a credit card payment on mycheckfree and it only allows money market or checking account. My other accounts, cable, cell, insurance already take CC payments. My loans aren't listed as a payee ecept BofA Mortage and I highly doubt they will take a CC.

I hear you, however I can tell you that I am more of a what you see is what you get kind of guy, and hate all the coded BS and the "look that way so you don't see what I am really trying to do" magician tricks. So for me, I did not see anything there, but I only checked one biller, and maybe with some and effort there are some loopholes to exploit.

The only bill that I've found for me on Evolve that can be paid by debit/GC that is not available elsewhere is my utility bill. They also have my life insurance carrier listed (Mass Mutual) but I have not been successful in adding it as a payee.

Back to regular scheduled programming, you are capped at $999 to any one biller on a given day. However you can just sign up with multiple emails to get round the limit.

Where do you get that? Thought it was 1K? I have done 1k to the same biller in the same day.

Yes evolve.... just tried now to do $1k won't allow. Maybe they just added this in? Maybe it's biller specific?

Did you wait 5 mins in between payments? Or was it all one payment?
