IMO those asking for locations, your best bet is to hit any 7 you pass. Many are ca$h only, but I was able last night to get 2 cards in NJ, and last week in the LA area found 4 where it worked but 1 place said ca$h only when I went back 2 days later and there was a different person working the reg

But little by little all 7s are biting the dust, a few weeks ago struckout in Broward,Dade & Monroe Countys in FL when in the past just a couple said ca$h only. So much so that I will no longer waste my time when down there stopping in and trying to use a CC.

Thank you for the advice. Do 7-11s that do NOT sell gasoline usually code as gas stations?

chase freedom gas

my 7/11 in CT codes as gas, and they don't even sell gas. two q's ago did 500 on 3 freedom cards 3x for 9PPal reloads and then slowly xferred to BA. Quick 225.00. Do not allow CC for VR, but have to check OV

Guys any luck at marathon, super America Midwest? I'll try them 2morrow. Gas card would work for me if VR isn't.

those who are asking for specific locations dont have lucky 7s in their states... thus, choices are very limited to non-existant

My wife has been getting the 5% for her daily soda stops at Racetrac -- as near as I can figure out by reconciling last month's statement. I'm thinking about checking the GC rack tomorrow for Racetrac GCs that I could use to buy gas next quarter, effectively extending the 5% for gas through June. Assuming such a thing as a Racetrac GC exists, any problems with this?

I would assume that there would be no problem with this. I'm sure that Racetrac gift cards exist since I have seen them in grocery stores before.

+1 -- Onto the next one.

I haven't gone into a Lowes in a couple years (mostly a HD guy, mainly due to it being down the block lol) --- Anyone have any tips on maximizing 2Q spend via Lowes. Do they sell any variable V/MC or similar GCs? Thanks.
