I have the same problem too, saying 8/1 is my reset date even though I only loaded 500.
We all have this in common " 8/1". This made me think it may be a temporarily glitch.
I will wait until August before I ask for refund

Or could it be that they want to implement a calendar month limit (instead of the rolling limit) from now on? Because all the date points point to "8/1 reset"?

Calendar month is advertised on the reload site. Though never worked like that before...

I know that when we call the CS at iTC Financial Licenses they refer us to Paypal. But I think we should ask to escalate the call to higher ranks. As long as loading is not available, no one will buy the cards so someone there should put pressure on Paypal to fix the problem.

I doubt that waiting a month will solve the issue.

I guess I am lucky as I have had no problems loading again this month. I do 4k a month and everything reset this month again

My limit did not reset this month, and I have only done $1k a month for the past 3 months...

Er, I didn't suggest anyone getting their account closed. Only losing the ability to load $500 cards to the account.

Load limit hasn't been resetting this month as it used to. Been using Paypal cash cards since January and this is the first time it hasn't resent on a rolling month schedule. In the past I would have $500 in load room reset exactly 1 month after the previous $500 load.

Why are people still stating that their limit was not reset this month? Its a known fact that the PP Cash load limit has not reset. Perhaps the month of July is shot and we will ALL have to wait until 8/1 for the load limit to reset.

Not true. I just did another $500.00 load this am. My account reset as it should have. It seems this is a YMMV.

Eric is simply telling people that maybe listening to the message that all of us - unreset limit - users are seeing is true. Maybe we will get a full reset in August or maybe we will not - time will tell.

My new account that I created a few days ago has been loading successfully over the last three days. $1500 added over 3 days with $2500 available. Hopefully this is just a transition month for existing account holders to the calendar month hypothesis mentioned above. I do feel better being able to get the $4k on cards I had loaded. We will see how happy PP is when I start withdrawing it ...

I successfully loaded another Green Dot onto frozen Paypal account.

Another datapoint.... $2,500 loaded via mycash over the last few weeks, short of the $4k limit but it says $0 available to load. Tried to send it to a friend and got a message saying "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now".

Tried the few supposed fixes listed online but none of them work. Odd.

Edit: payment went through on work computer, not in incognito mode, not on private internet.
