Was the previous $4K in PayPal cash cards? I think that would be first report of a correct reset.

I have a resolution to my PPCash loading issue with my SO newly created business account.
The first load would not show up in the PP account balance and after several days and calls to PP we finally got someone who understood the issue and advised to add another email address then make that primary then delete the first email address and then add it back and make the second one secondary and then delete it after making the original primary again. Well that worked after logging back in after doing the email address hokey-pokey the balance reflected the $500 MyCash load. SMDH….paypal |

Yes, I also want to know if this is universal to everyone, no matter MSer or not, or exclusively to those who do MS by loading 4K cash card monthly. If the former, I guess it is just a system glitch and we shall just wait. If the latter, however, better to find another way to get money back and say farewell.
Look for a data point definitely clarify what I said above. For example, if you don't do MS but happen to load a $500 card last month (so your remaining balance shall be 3.5K), does you monthly limit go back to 4K after 30 days, or still stay at 3.5K? It is a useless data point to simply say you have 4K limit if you haven't used your 4K limit last month since there is nothing refresh this month and you won't notice the problem. However, I guess those who do not do MS won't bother reading this thread :(. |

Initially it showed the updated limit of $4,000 (which would be correct - I had finished loading $4,000 this time 30 days ago). But then when I tried to load I got a blank page after clicking "Yes, Load it up!" I logged out and logged back in hoping that would fix the problem, and then it showed the no-reset limits ($500 daily, $0 monthly). Shoot! |
vodkashine's trick didn't work for me.

has anyone made any progress of finding out if / how / when the $4K limit resets? or is this a sign that paypal is freezing everyone's limits until they figure out what's going on...PP my cash is a great way to save on fees and this card works at WM!

Problem has been fixed on both my accounts. And based on the monthly load limits I'm seeing, it seems that they have moved to real calendar months, as I'm seeing my remaining balance for the full month, but the 30-day rolling limit would have been less.
Never called or did anything, so I'm guessing it's been fixed for everyone. |
Fixed for me as well. Finally reset. Account limit now reads $4k
|
Fixed for me this morning as well.

does getting the biz card result in a credit pull? Closing on a refinance in a week and don't want a surprise pull to jeopardize that :)
|
Mine finally reset- full $4,000 available
|
Mine reset as well.......$2000 limit however that would be accurate with a 30 day rollover limit, who knows.....

Does anyone have two PP Biz Debit cards (one for themselves and one for their SO) on a single PP Account - much like most of us do for a normal bank account? I ask because I wanted to know if the 2 Debit card has the same or different debit card numbers?
Thanks! |
