Just FYI, did our monthly triangle today and noticed that if you have a balance it will automatically take from there instead of asking you where you would like it from. This is a change from the last time we did it.
So to save people from my headache. If you have a balance from someone else, withdraw it before sending it to the next person, otherwise it'll automatically pull from there and not give you the option of your credit card. |

There was a point in time last year where it was NOT PP like. In June of last year and before, you could pull from a CC even if u had cash in the account, I was shocked at that time at how un-PP it was. That changed quickly IME

Yep happened to me. However, this does not affect your monthly $1k limit for sending/receiving for credit cards. It took me until 12:30am EST on the 1st day of the month to realized this...luckily it was only 9:30 pm on the last day of the month, Amazon time.

Why can't one add the bank account to the new AP account?
They can add the cc, but not the bank account. It's a friend of mine. I never had such problem. |

So you had a balance in your AP and tried to withdraw it to your Serve account, which was verified (through test deposits?), and that's when they locked you out and said that Serve needs to fax them something? I'm planning on doing this in a couple days, hopefully it won't get hung up like this. It seems like a lot of people have done this successfully so I'm not sure what the hold up would be.

I'm having some issues and hopefully someone can help me out with it.
I set up 2 AP accounts, one in my name and one in my brothers. I sent a payment from my account to my brother's using the Ink card. Payment went through fine, and is now pending on my brother's account. When I go into his account it says I have to claim the payment, but before claiming it, I must add a credit card. I've added both his BB and his TD Go card but it's still asking me to add a credit card. Any ideas? |

Add a real credit card instead of those prepaid cards.

I had the same issue with my boyfriend's acct. I only had an Amex GC setup to his acct and Serve as the bank acct. I added the Serve number as a credit card and that worked. So try adding the BB card number as a credit as well. If not, as the last poster said, you may have to ask your brother for a real CC number.

Adding a 'real' credit card worked.
Thanks again! |

I'll try that, but how do they even know it's a prepaid card?

I read this a few days ago but I want to confirm it: when doing the triangle, how quickly should you withdraw funds on the other side? In order to avoid closure

Unless you like money sitting around. |
