Why? What is your backing evidence and/or assumption to this claim? People transfer money from their account to someone else's all the time.

Yup! I have all of my AP accounts with separate bank accounts and I use BB as one of them.

What's the benefit of linking BB to your amazon payments? Is a regular bank just as good?

I'd assume its due to multiple AP accounts, which some people prefer to associate with unique bank accounts.

^ All of my AP accounts are linked to different CCs and banks.

In my case I have control of my son's AP account, I don't wanna have control of his checking account. BB should work nicely as a solution.

I have several accounts between 2 SSNs tied to the same joint checking account. No problem.

Bezos tribe seems to be totally random. There is probably just one person on the team who can run SQL queries. When s/he feels like working, we are in trouble.:D

I'm trying to accumulate AA miles and would like to use this card. Searched through the thread and saw a lot of people with problems using Citi AA... but others had no issues at all. Any consensus or updates on this?

My Citi AA Platinum statement just closed:

Merchant Category: Services - BUSINESS SERVICES,NOT ELSEWHERE CLASSED
Charge To: Standard Purch
Earned miles as usual on it and no cash advanced charge or anything.

Also interesting is that I got a targeted spend last month from Citi, offering an extra 1 mile per $ (up to $1k) on "online purchases." Guess what counted as a online purchase?

I've done A>B and B>A every month at $1k a piece (one transaction) for almost two years now. No issue.

Same address, different names, different SS#s, different bank accounts, sometimes same CC.

This is how I'm set up with my A to B account. My A account is frozen and I can't change anything with it.

What are the similarities between the two accounts? Did you use the same card on both? If so, how long have you been using the same card(s) on both accounts?

Same SS#? Same address? Same name?

Be more specific.

Names are different, SSN are different, Bank accounts are different, credit cards are different.

Mailing addresses are the same. Just like the guy I quoted.

I use incognito browser when looking at account B. Account A is my real personal Amazon account, I've used it for years. I don't understand how it needs to be verified. I can't add or change anything in the account settings.
