It's a beautiful sight compared to the Petrochemical Carnage coming for Aman spas in the future!

Sure hope they are , do not recall the products being shown in this packaging .
Will look this afternoon , if I do not get carried away

If what is inside is same as ones used in Puri , Kila , Nusa , etc .

Have not really bothered since staff have said not to buy spa products .
These long serving individuals have sadly left Aman since . Ones whom could be trusted and could not take the rot that has been setting in .
The massage oils last month at Kila / Nusa , did smell the same as before though .
The February facial , etc in Puri seemed the same too .

Cannot recall Nemu ' s in April , will note in November .

Perhaps the changes are not happening as yet
Hope delayed as in usual changes / openings ..
Better yet , the new global spa head comes to senses and halts this unnecessary switch , & other cost cutting measures .
The many new regional directors / managers will be caring , and consider the well being of Aman Spa guests

Yours looks similar to ones I saw , except for the ribbon .
Need to see if packaging is similar to what Aman products I have at home , ones purchased before I stopped buying them altogether .
May have been given some too .

The ribbon is a Tokyo flourish. They just have to garnish it

Sodashi is also used extensively at Ritz Carlton Tokyo but I stupidly missed it being in a rush... Unknowingly got an ESPA combo treatment instead.

seems like it would be easy for someone to convince vlad re chemical free etc

even if they offered a ton of other options for those who prefer brand names

I think he's letting Nichola Roche call the shots.

Hi All,

Can someone recommend a good spa in LA?

Did some research on my own, looks like most of the luxury spas are in the hotels. I wonder if there's any specific one that you would recommend?

I'm also curious if anyone has been to Tomoko Japanese Spa in LA

Thank you in advance!

Nerida Joy is my go-to person in LA... she's a therapist at the Spa at Hotel Bel Air and truly, truly amazing.

Just make sure to bring your own products, as she is limited to La Prairie nonsense.

Well , the Aman Spa at Connaught , London does not have any of the Aman products in the earlier photos .
Said something about being slow .
Will ask again tomorrow .

Has ila , Lola & some Pink Boutique products .
One of them , at least , is working with Aman

Sorry , still cannot figure out how to post photos

Thanks Kage for assisting / responding yet again . Don ' t read instructions too well even when yours were pretty straightforward .
Posting / sharing , for me , is already good in jet lagged state

Hmm, maybe vuittonsofstyle was right and their Sodashi products ran out or past expiration. Sounds like they're doing a rotation of products till Global Spa and Wellness figures out the next step for Aman products.

re: Pictures

go to www.imgur.com

1. click new post button

2. attach photo from saved location

3. click photo to get share options

4. choose BBCode (Forums) then copy and paste into your post

Hope this helps @FlyerEC!
