For some reason I thought about this resort and I remembered this thread.
I don't want to sound doubtful or anything, but after a short search there are different versions of this story out there.

I wish there was a promised statement from Six Senses released by now, as it's been a year since the trial.
Their response obviously was awful and unprofessional, still would like to hear both sides.
