Where did you hear that information? DO you know when the refurbishing will take place? Would not want to be interrupted by construction dueing our visit in late March. Thanks!

not to worry ....the renovations only start 2012 .
the original wing is adequate but too dark and no views to speak of ...but then betwn the kowloon shangrila and the Pen .....the latter is the wiser choice methinks...
