PAX arrives from SEA LH491 at 9:15 AM and connects to FLR LH4060 at 11:30 AM in C (paid Z not award travel - not sure if that even makes a difference on LH). What are the lounge options for them such as the landside arrivals? I think Florence flight takes off out of B but hard for me to tell.
LH does not distinguish between paid, award and upgraded travel for lounge access. The best lounge option would be the Welcome Lounge. Please see this thread for more details.
Unless you are *G the only other lounge option would be the Business Lounge near gate A26.

Forgot to add that they can ticket with UA or LH on LH metal. Will it make a difference for ground service?

Transfer from C13 to A62
Hi,

Help and Advice re: connection FRA
We are booked to Stockholm via FRA for an upcoming travel.
Originally, the options provided for a 9:05AM arrival and a 10 something departure from FRA to ARN.
The schedule changed and now the itinerary is a 9:05AM arrival at FRA from PHL connecting to a 9:50AM from FRA to ARN.
While looking at itineraries, I noticed that the route I am on is NOT OFFERED via the Lufthansa booking engine...yet there are seats available. Does this mean that they don't expect the short connection time to be enough now? If so, they have NOT notified us of a need to change!
Question is: under normal circumstances would we have enough time to make the connection?
What other current options are there?
Any advice would be appreciated and welcomed and I thank you in advance!

Not enough details, but looks very tight. If you arrive on C gate you will have to go to A if you are good sprinter you will make it but this just if the immigration not overloaded (think 744 landed just 10 min before your flight) and this without delay your seat (Y at the last row) etc. To give you better answer as Seat 1a wrote we need more information.

45 mins is a workable connection time in FRA but it is tight.
LH most of the time provide assistance for pax with short connection time who will take you through customs, immigration etc.
And if you miss it - the next one is at 12:15.

Which class of service are you travelling? If in F connecting to C and if you arrive at a remote apron position you might be picked up and rushed through immigration.
I think the legal MCT involving intercontinental flights is still 60 mins. If you are lucky you will make the connection. If not LH will put you on the next flight which seems to be an SK codeshare.

We are traveling on August 11th and arriving FRA on 8/12 for our connection to Stockhom and, I think, we are due in at 9:05AM...unless it has been changed.

For some reason FRA arrival seems to be 08:40AM on Thurs, Fri and Sunday but 09:05AM on Mon, Tues, Wed and Saturday.
