A little OT but they also wear Dirndl at the SIXT airport location in Dresden, so I assume they do that at all SIXT airport locations.

Nice touch LH and SIXT! (the orange is ugly though )

Also the second row dragons at the lounge in MUC today. The first row dragon was still in the regular uniform (combined entrance of the SEN/BIZ lounge)

Lufthansa taking off during Oktoberfest with crew in traditional Bavarian dress

Lufthansa flights with the special "Oktoberfest crew" are part of an ongoing tradition that has proved very popular with passengers. This time around, the 14-strong inflight team, which will be made up of ten female and two male flight attendants, will be heading for destinations in North America and Japan.

That is quite the big team given the number of flight attendants flying to the USA.....

Ok don't mind the Dirndl thing, though never liked it. Wouldn't it be funny if LH came up with more then just the Oktoberfest theme...what else does Germany have to offer?

Me too, and I could think of various dresses, at least for the male flight attendants:

Well, not quite LH colours

or what about this one:

Shouldn't be too complicated to change it to dark blue and yellow lines

Would have been a great thing to see that on the flight to DUS when they performed their Catalogue shows in January

And here I was thinking about Kraftwerk and "the telephone call" which LH seems to be doing everything to promote (i.e. teleconferece) as opposed to actually taking a flight.
