Wow Annette is really good. Love her responses. They make sense and aren't the usual copy/paste responses from airline reps.

Curious, what's the logic between having the Schengen FCL in A open but not the non-Schengen in B? I'd imagine as low as travel numbers are, more people would be flying F on the more premium non-Sch out of Europe routes, while within Europe there's no real first class? I'd think the other way around would make more sense. The FCT being closed I can understand, but any plans on the B FCL to reopen?

Also I'm not sure but most intl. flights leave from the Z/C Gates I think, FCL A is much closer tho those than FCL B. SO FCL A covers HONS flyign in Schengen as well as most F and HONs departing from Z and C because that's just a short walk from the lounge.
I wouldn't expect it to open anytime soon.

As she explained, limo service in FRA is based on FCT and it is very difficult for them to make it without FCT. But they are working on it and we can hope on October but will see.
Anyway to resume the service they need more than 50 HON per day.
Currently it is funny that even LO is offering in WAW very nice limo service and if airplane is on the gate, even then asssitant will escort tou to plane without any que. So currently LO ground experience is way better than LH.

Hmm, LH board member Mrs Foerster gave me during our long phone conversation a bit better hope.

Two little pieces of news seemed noteworthy to me yesterday. One, the recovery is still firmly driven by mid-haul tourism travel. There was a LH PR release which confirmed as much (Hohmeister is being cited as the recovery still being substantially stronger in the tourism sector; it included an announcement of 15 new mid-haul routes solely focused on tourist destinations). Two, apparently CS said in a teleconference with employees yesterday that October bookings are catastrophically low, around 10 per cent the level of last year. It seems to me it's primarily the business sector which is again postponing meetings and conferences that's driving this. And, ofc, with F largely out of the picture, if you have few HON business travellers, who are you going to serve with a limo service, an FCT, a FRA FCL B, or a ZRH FCL E?

Just sayin... I've been grounded for the last 8 months, and my corporate travel policy stipulates Y and PE (if you are lucky) only, regardless where you need to go. So I don't really fit into any of the categories mentioned here.
