The problem is, how do you avoid the restrooms when the lounge itself is the restroom!

.... And just in case BHX is an option instead of MAN, the LHG lounge there is Aspire too and it’s disgusting.

The Toilets are marginally less clean than the lounge itself

Oh dear, sounds like we’re in for an absolute treat then 😂 I did see that there’s another lounge at T1, the 1903 or something like that, I was hoping we might have access to that one but it would appear not. I think we’ll just go with a positive mindset and try to make the best of it and knowing we have a great lounge at SIN airport to look forward to!
Thanks for the comments, they’ve certainly cheered me up in this wonderful, very rainy day.

1903 IS a nice lounge and can be paid on entry for £50, worth thinking about it.

As for other aspires, the BHX is indeed also a dump but at least, it has a reserved area for J and status pax, so is a tiny bit above MAN

On the flipside the Aspire HUY is amazing. Always clean, quiet, and you get called to the gate.
(But it's a KLM only airport sorry &#128539

“Disgrace” is a moniker which aptly fits the entire airport - not just the lounge. It is easily among the worst in Europe, and even Fast Track security can be an absolute zoo.

Brussels Airlines

Hi, has anyone flown with Brussels Airlines from Manchester recently? Their website states lounge access as a *Gold is terminal 1 but my ticket advises it operates from terminal 2?

Airlines are gradually moving over to T2 before T1 is demolished ( assuming it does not fall down in the meantime ) SN have gone but there is another ‘Aspire’ there ….. no escaping them

Writing from T1 Aspire atm.

The beer tap is out of order, and the bottled beer is lukewarm as usual.

I had to actually use a PP voucher to get in, since SAS+ doesn't provide for access. And to be honest, it's fine like this; if not for the free voucher no way I would have paid £15 for this.

i did try the Escape lounge first but they were full. There is truly no escape from the aspire 😁

Silver lining, i managed to find a CLEAN corner this time!!! (It's got no plugs)

Thanks for the update, no mean achievement finding a clean corner, please stay clear of the toilets, FT cannot afford to lose your contributions
