...which is *very* important - kudos to LH for allowing them to be there - they are the most concerned about pax being retained - but there are a few that really do not care...

We talked to one of them. Its was quite interesting to hear from her, what was new for her in the discussion.

I actually spent the last 45 minutes after dinner talking to the P2 that was there. Very nice woman, very interested in what we had to say.

Another example of penny pinching is, that LH loads 3% fewer meals in Y than pax/seats.

Some are interested, but the really older ones are a bit jaded and only posture that they are interested in our feedback...

Seriously - what is this all about??

Sometimes the portions and the "meal" are not even worth considering to eat - maybe this is the reason!

(LH says "we will now start saving on Y pax meals" - as they are (make it) not edible any longer...)

The idea of €200 for an exit seat came from an FTer. If LH decides to charge €200 instead of €60 they will certainly have listened and accepted.

So this was voiced openly to the LH attendees by the FTer?

I wonder if that the same model that they used to forecast the growth of revenue that didn't happen.
Would be interested to see the number of SEN affected by the changes based on solid data, not tea leaves.

Please disclose the identity of this person, and I'll take care of organising the lynch mob.
