combined with the fact that the seat map in Y+ is showing all seats occupied, always puzzles me... Do I read correctly that 2 seats are available in F and at least 7 in C? So people now buying in Y+ (G/E/N) will effect loads in F/A/J/C/D?
Does it work like that?

Although according to the seatmap on EF all Y+ seats except one are taken, LH is expecting op-ups to C. They are interested in selling more seats whether in Y, Y+, C or F.

Hi,
I am looking for info for these two flights please to get an idea for upgrade from PE to C. This A343 has a small C cabin, but be interested to see.
LH 488 FRA-SJC Oct 16
LH 489 SJC-FRA Oct 21
Many thanks!

Help me understand this
so the flight I was asking about. The post indicated their were 6 open seats in C. not showing up. So with the four singles showing that's 10 out of 44 still not booked. So if I try to book two seats together will the seat map then show the 6 blocked seats or will I be restricted to the 4 singles currently shown?
will people currently bidding on upgrades from pe be assigned some of those 6 seats? If not, what will they do with those seats. I am specifically talking about flight 459 on 10/25. Sfo-Munich.
Trying to to understand what the Airline is trying to accomplish.
Thank you you for all ther great information here.

I'm not sure where you are seeing 4 single seats on the seatmap. When I try a dummy booking this is what I see. There are two available seats together in 4D/G.
In addition to the four seats not yet assigned on LH.com EF seatmap shows two accessible seats and 6 blocked seats. I think 11A/C and 11H/K are bassinet seats.
If you upgrade and try to book seats I don't think you'll be able to choose any of the seats currently blocked (i.e. not available on LH.com). I'm not sure if they become available when online check-in starts or you will have to wait until you get to the airport. Which 4 single seats are you able to see?

Could you please give me the loads in all the classes? Thx
as LH726 seems to be overbooked I'm looking for alternatives to get to Shanghai till midnight 10th Oct (originally I will start from FRA about 5pm via MUC... ) in case I 'volunteer' to be bumped out 😁
