Shell Germany joins M&M: you can now convert your shell club smart points 2:1 into M&M and earn double miles when using a Germany M&M CC to pay at any Shell station. Curious to find out if that includes buying gift cards or prepaid recharge

6,000 miles for a combination of an Avis rental and a Best Western hotel booking. You need to register with Best Western first and I didn’t see too many conditions or exclusions at Avis:

Difficult also to resist 5,000 miles for your next rental with Budget. But I found it such a hassle dealing with them to actually get the miles that I’m not sure I’ll bite again.

Actually, I found that an Avis rental (clicking through the link provided in the 6,000 miles offer email) at FDH would be cheaper than what Budget is offering for the same period. Does the Best Western hotel have to be booked at exactly the same time, or can it be any time before the end of July?
