Have you received and paid your invoice/s yet? My first invoices were only just due on August, 30. I would not expect any miles for a couple of days, maybe even weeks after payment of the invoice/s.

I don't expect this to be a quick one! You have to wait for the invoice,then pay it (probably by e-banking or 'bulletin de versement'). The miles will probably turn up at the end of the following month.

Got Annabelle's on Aug 12th. The 2 others still remain unsent.

My sonntagszeitung's subscription has been removed by "mistake" because they weren't able to deliver it on sunday (I do live in a small town en suisse romande). I called them 2 weeks ago to reenter my subscription. So, I just have to wait a bit for that one.
For the bilan, I could call them since it has been paid on the same date than the annabelle's (but wasn't right away). Still, I'm not in a hurry, I'll probably wait mid-sept for the call.

Sorry for asking & hopefully this is the right forum.

I am thinking about signing a 2y contract with Telekom. I read somewhere, that I'll get 15k + 15k (as SEN) miles until end of Sept.
Now reading the fine print I am not so sure anymore as it reads ""Miles & More HON Circle Member, Senatoren und Frequent Traveller erhalten ebenfalls einmalig 15.000 Miles & More Prämienmeilen".
I understand it that it's not "additionally" 15k miles as SEN, but "also only" 15k miles.
Any experience or help ?

Got today the invoice. On top the CHF135,00 they charge CHF32,20 as Versandkosten Ausland.
Total is €137,40 - hoping that original 10k M&M apply, since now promo has been reduced to 5k.
