You are right. I had two windows, the seat maps including AeroLopa are wrong in that the closet in front is larger and 2K is more aligned with 2D.

Hi all, booking seats (will have to pay for) BKK to AMS for a little ovet two weeks time. . . As it stands its a 777-200. The business class is 2.2.2.
Do the BKK to AMS 777's get swapped out that much. Don't want to book 2 (say a&c) seats and risk being moved and separated if the plane changes to a 777-300s that's a 1.2.1. If it's a regular occurance I might book the middle two seats that at least will exist on a 777-300.
Thoughts?
Thanks
Mark

Doesn't answer your question but i'd be tempted to book a one stop via CDG so you get 1-2-1 config if the price was still good. I've been tracking KL and AF BKK flight prices a lot recently and it always comes up as an option though varies a lot on whether less or more expensive.

Yes most of the dates I was looking at they are around 50% less but on a few random dates for the return leg (for me - BKK-EDI) AF was same price. Also when I siggested I though it was just BKK-AMS but if you are one stopping form DUB then I wouldn't. Agree on the value as KL is making it affordable for us.

Usually a OW flyer, but have a flight on KL from AMS to LAS next year on a 789. For a window fan, what is the best seat in J for window gazing?. From Aerolopa, it looks like 4K or 7K, but are there better?. All seats are available at the mo.

All the same except row 5 which has only one window where you really have to lean forward for a decent look outside. And if you want to see the wing then the last rows are better obviously.

(per FR24, BVV is supposed to be back in service tomorrow, which I guess means that BVU will maybe do 1-2 more days and then it's out as well.)
