nothing??

I have been trying to phone but the other day left a message and still waiting - today been on hold for 20 mins with no sign of an answer...

Hi, my membership expired in October and I didn't find any valid promos in the end. However, I was finally able (after 2 years without success) to sign up via the NZ site and only paid the NZ price (quite good at the current exchange rate). This has never worked for me before and I'm not sure whether it's my new PC or something else but it worked. Give it a try!

And congrats to you for already starting to travel so quickly after giving birth. That gives us hope that it all really can't be that hard :)

My account is up for renewal at the end of December and I have not been bombarded with the usual array of renewal emails as yet!

Yes, I successfully signed up last year using a HSBC Visa Card. The call centre tried to deny that the discount was available but relented when I said it was on the HSBC website. They had to look it up though. It mustn't be used very often.

ah yes, I'd forgotten that trick! thanks :)

done - and interestingly despite being told over the phone that it would be a brand new membership rather than renewal, this message came up

"Your order has been successfully received. Please print this confirmation page for your records. The specific details of your transaction is as follows.

Thank you for renewing your membership online"

Hopefully that might end up translating into a bonus certificate :)

Saw this on the membership page, which I hadn't paid any attention to before;

"Supplementary Membership (Priority Privilege Member Card Only) A primary Member can nominate a second individual to receive a Priority Privilege Membership card only at time of purchase or renewal of the Membership, at 50% off the primary Membership price."

There doesn't appear to be any reference to the supplementary member having to have the same address, or indeed any other relationship, which would be a good thing except the 'card only' implies all you get for the 50% are the dining benefits.

But what purpose does that serve? For the other 50% why wouldn't a supplementary member just sign up in their own right, and get the BOGOs and discount certs etc?

been trying to book ic fiji via pp website but it won't work - i choose natadola as city and put in all details but then on next page it doesn't recognise city and i type in nadi but it has cleared dates and pp rates so just comes up with best avail

anyone else tried?

I'm seeing the same behaviour. But given the two websites; Priority Privilege where you select from the list, and Priority Club where you're asked to type in a city, what happens if you select the 'stay 2 nights for the price of 1' radio button on the PP reservations screen at the beginning? e.g. When you get past typing in Nadi in the PC screen, does "PP Member BOGO" default into the 'rate preference' box at lower left? And does that let you continue with a reservation?

thanks KBD - only just saw this, i booked over the phone in the end..

Just stayed at the IC Syd and the other night we ate dinner in the club lounge. I asked if we could use the PP card for discount, he went to check and came back to say we couldn't use the card up there but could use the $50 voucher.

Checked out today and she wouldn't take the $50 voucher as she said the club lounge was separate to the hotel so its not valid there. Paid the $107 for a fairly average meal that we probably wouldn't have bothered with had we been given this answer before..

Any thoughts/experiences?
