Shame & stupid of me that i forgot to ask at Kimpton London!
It would be helpful when these F&B vouchers work,
that members would post their published value ($20) in their local currency of their stayed hotel.
IE: example format:
IHG F&B $20 voucher on DEC 2022 = 19,31 value in The Netherlands | confirmed Voco The Hague)

The Food & Beverage Reward will be issued to the member in 6 local currencies (20USD, 15GBP, 15EUR, 125CNY, 2000JPY and 70SAR) based on member country of origin; all others will receive the Reward as $20USD. The Reward amount and credit value will be converted to the hotels local currency at time of redemption

I just spent about 2 hours on the phone with IHG customer service after being unable to redeem Food and Beverage awards on the app. After following all the instructions, I got an error message saying they were having trouble redeeming the award and to contact the front desk. Of course, the folks at the front desk had no idea what to to and they referred me back to IHG call center for a frustrating series of conversations with at least 5 different agents - repeating the story over and over again.
I had a similar issue in San Francisco a few weeks back, and the manager was able to complete the transaction as she knew a back door trick to make it happen.
Is anyone else having issues with this? I know IHG is infamous for IT issues, and I wonder if this is the latest debacle with the rollout of the F and B award program. Any thoughts or suggestions?

The F&B milestone credits can be used at Intercontinental Yokohama. I just applied one. Nice to stack them with the 2,000 yen off food Ambassador voucher.

Added the 3 hotels in the Wiki, where you can use the f&b credit so far according to the posts in this thread and also the requirements posted by HadesNL in this post.
