ALL THE URLS AND LINKS IN YOUR EMAILS ARE THE SAME. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO "REPLAY" A GIVEN EMAIL.

Plays are linked to your IHG account number and your IHG link you receive in the email. The links contained are unique to each IHG account number and cannot be "shared".

If you didn't receive all your plays and think that HW might have gotten your email address incorrect, then simply click the link again in your email.

Their email is [email protected].

Quantity of emails received does not always equal quantity of plays available. Emails received does imply that you have plays available.

If you click on your email links and receive a screen with the below message then you do not have plays available.
We love your enthusiasm!

STATUS:
--As of 1/19/16 10:00 am et(estimated) all plays were showing up as no wins. . The play site seems to be undergoing maintenance. Best not to use up the majority of your plays until things smooth out.

--As of 2:45 pm ET on 1/19 play site appears to be back up.

--as of 4:17pm ET on 1/19 500 point plays seems to be working again. No 5B prizes seem to be won at this time

--As of 6pm ET on 1/19 emails being received for wins during the morning hours of 1/19 where it stated no win after select elevator.

--As of 2:30pm EST on 1/20 still reports of nearly 100% 500 pt wins only. Best not to play alot of plays unless you only want 500 pt wins

--As of 8:00 pm EST on 1/20 multiple reports of 5B prizes being won again. Seems to be back to normal.

--As of 2:00 pm EST on 1/21 reports of $50, 2k, 5k, 1k pt wins (unsure of free night wins)

--As of 6:00 pm est on 1/22 everything seems to be working as usual(although very few mentions of free night)

--As of 2:00 pm EST on 1/25 seems like daily emails have been sent out since 1/18 until now.

--As of 6pm EST on 1/29 reports of emails being received from mailed in entries from around mid January. So turnaround for new mailings appear to be about 1 week.

I went back and replayed the link and got several more prizes after that point. Just keep playing until you hit the "you're too enthusiastic!" message. My reading of the rules seems to indicate that all plays will generate a prize of at least the base 500 point win.

Same thing happened to me. I had a 1 no-win, replayed the link 1X more than the number of emails I received, and it worked. So definitely give it another try.

Sent about 500 entries for me, my partner, and three other members on 2/13 (technically last day to postmark I think, since there was a sunday and then President's day holiday). Started receiving emails about a week ago, and got about 90-94 for each one as of yesterday. Expecting ~50k for each, haven't added them up, but highest win we've gotten is just 5k.

Thanks to FT community for contributing this. My family had fun filing out cards - was sort of a nice bonding moment actually. Hoping to put the points to good use.

Sent an email a week ago to HW, got a response last night that it would take them 1-3 days to respond to my inquiry. Perhaps my additional 82 entries will show up...

I don't want to be petty but should I contact HW inquiring about the missing 2 plays?

Oh and for those still waiting, the 500pts for app download from Accelerate posted.
Update: Emailed HW on 2/23 regarding the 2 missing plays. Received the 2 plays on 2/29 (500pts each).

For those still waiting, be patient and positive.

Yea, I've been waiting patiently, I mailed out my entries on 2/3. Waited to send the email since I had seen others have success. Hopefully I'll have something in the next few days. Would be a shame to waste all that postage on 7500 points!!

Your best bet it to contact IHG, not HelloWorld. IHG cares about their reputation with consumers like us. HelloWorld is B2B so they don't care much about their reputation with consumers.

When you contact IHG they will contact HelloWorld on your behalf and HelloWorld will be more responsive.

Maybe IHG told them to put half of them aside and don't process them unless the person complains multiple times... That way IHG can minimize their losses. LOL

I sent Hello World an email and that sped up the process (mailed all my entries in several batches but all by end of January). I have only received 75 entries, emailed them again about the roughly 20 missing. Received an email this morning from them saying that they have nothing else from me beyond the 75.

I'm positive I did the whole 94 and even though I mailed in batches of 20, they didn't come back that way...wondering where to go from here. Should I be patient, email again in a few weeks, or email IHG?

Has anyone had success doing this?

Still missing 45 entries that were mailed on 2/8. I emailed IHG and Hello World once each a week ago. Nothing beyond the 1-3 day message (which has passed). Should I bug em again every week?

What are you guys referencing when you e-mail them? Just your IHG number? Did you explicitly state how many entries you're missing?
