Biggest newbie question here; but thinking of using a FWN certificate here; and for a Pool Overwater Villa the rate is:-
Ambassador Certificate
149,429.00 XPF per room, per night
Is it correct that I only pay 149,429, as the 2nd night is complimentary?

Can anyone comment on the quality of the gym? We are spending a week at Le Moana and want to know if it is worth the daily boat ride to come work out.

The gym is OK. 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and I think 1 bike. They have free weights and a few stations. Someone up thread said you only get about 40 minutes if you take the free shuttle. I don't know if that is worth it. It is worth it though if you have never seen the Thalasso. PM and I will try to find my pics of it for you.

A bit more complicated than that. It depends on availability.. and the price may be adjusted but you can try with this link:

This is great timing as my family and I (2 adults & 2 kids - 5 yr and 1 yr) just came back from IC Thalasso. We were given 50% off adult rate on breakfast & Polynesian dinner/show at Reef for my 5 year old while I did not have to pay for my 1 year old.
The kid's menu is available, but somewhat limited in offerings. If not ordering off of kid's menu, they will give 50% off of adult entree price. Just make sure to ask if you are charged a full amount.

Anyone get hit with a $25 charge for taking the boat from Moana to Thalasso prior to check-in and after check out? Got an email saying we could alternatively take the free ferry to Vaitape, then taxi for $25usd one way, then $25 one way from Moana to Thalasso. I will be arriving around 10am into BB, and figured if they are charging 25 pp one way from Moana, I might as well pay the $65 and eliminate the hassle and time.

I just did this last week. I tried it in the afternoon and it went back into the points inventory but after 15 minutes of waiting it was never bookable by the chase night. I tried it a few days later and it took about 5-10 minutes but it became bookable by the chase free night.

These transfer charges are all a bit confusing to me.
Can someone with recent experience please clarify?
Boattransfer on a particular time schedule?
Cost per pax the same no matter at which time?
Cost per pax the same for Moana guest vs guest going to Thalasso to check in?
Possible to avoid the fee when staying in Moana before and/or after Thalasso stay?
Thanks
