TheFlightDeal.com is my go-to. Airfarewatchdog.com can help. Travelocity used to offer alerts between specific city pairs that you could set to trigger at a specific dollar amount, but since they outsourced their reservations system to Expedia, I'm not sure if you can still set those up (I still get alerts but haven't tried modifying them). Farecompare.com might still exist and do something. Lots more I can't think of or look up now.
