Many Many options once you get there. If you want the best rates just contact any local vendor there. (There will be many close to anywhere you stay in Goa)

Goa has had it for as long as I can remember - its not the organised variety - many local vendors with a few cars but very effective

yes. I'm staying at the DTree which is far away and would prefer to drive away from the airport directly - So looking for some reference.
