- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

90k Avios posted to wife's new account today, and 81k posted to mine (not sure why they docked me 9k). Managed to book some of the last JFK/MAD biz flights remaining for next May. The whole purpose of this promo for me was to send my parents on surprise trip to Spain, and there was juuuust enough availability to make it happen. Lots of bumps along the way and Iberia could have handled this better, but all's well that ends well in my book.
